Appointments
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to prepare for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for the next client. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.
2. Cancellation Policy
Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged 50–100% of the service fee.
3. Professional Environment
We provide professional, therapeutic massage only. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session and full payment will be required.
4. Health & Safety
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your service. If you feel unwell, please reschedule your appointment. We sanitize all rooms, equipment, and linens between each client.
5. Personal Belongings
Please keep valuables with you. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
6. Payment
We accept cash, card, and digital payments. Gratuity is appreciated but not required.
7. Privacy & Comfort
Draping is required at all times for client safety and comfort. You may request a specific therapist or room when available.
8. Minors
Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Certain treatments may not be available for minors.
9. Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of service. They cannot be replaced if lost.
